I returned to the Garage Door project this morning with determination to get the job done. Ashley pitched in for awhile until she left to take care of some business away from the homestead. By the time she returned after lunch hour I had the doors working and had made the necessary adjustments to make them function. We added the wireless exterior keypads and viola! It was done!
Next on the agenda was working on the garage doors themselves. They needed some wood filler on cracks and open holes left by the previous door opener. They also needed some stain and new weather stripping. I took care of those tasks in the late afternoon while Eric and Ashley took care of dinner....Pizza Schmizza AGAIN!!!
Take home pizza and multiple episodes of 24. What more could a homeless unemployed hiker trash bum ask for? OK, maybe a healed foot? Getting there. Stay tuned!
