JeffTrek Act 2: The Pacific Crest Trail
"Rabbit" hops again--keep up with him on the PCT!
10/31/05 Got it Done!!  No more hiking this year!!!
  • Well, it was a memorable finish, a day that it rained like hell the last 17 miles, and the final 3 miles up on the exposed face of Mt. Hood was to never be forgotten....rain, sleet, snow blowing sideways in 40 to 50mph winds, snow covered trail, fogged in, felt like we were summitting Mt. Everest.  Lots of PHOTOS will be added to the site in just a few days!!!

  • Don't forget to leave messages for Rabbit at the Guest Book !

ABOUT THIS SITE
On April 29, 2005, Jeff Dishman (trail name "Rabbit") left Campo, California to begin "act two" of his JeffTrek, after completing his thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail on September 11, 2001. This site chronicles his journey twith the old and new friends he meets along the way as they trek 2663 miles from Campo, California at the Mexican border north to Manning Park, British Columbia at the northern U.S. border. Enjoy the JeffTrek journey (from the comfort of your own computer, running water, toilet paper, and comfortable bed!).
